Q: What payment methods do you accept and when do I pay for the service?

Committed to delivering the highest quality services we charge you for your appointment after our service has been rendered. Payment methods we accept include Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.

Q: What type of space requirements are needed for my detailing appointment?

We prefer a driveway, parking space, or area where we can safely and accessibly work around the entire vehicle. Our detailer needs to have easy access to the interior and all exterior angles of the vehicle for sufficient cleaning. We also need water/electrical access for our services. If any of these are a problem to receiving your detailing service we are happy to discuss further options with you.

Q: What areas do you service?

We focus our mobile service in the Portland Metropolitan Area, including Tigard, Beaverton, and Vancouver, Washington. If you are slightly outside of that range but still interested we are happy to discuss further options with you.

Q: How long does a detailing appointment take?
The length of our service depends on the service category you have selected (interior/exterior/interior and exterior) along with other factors including the age, condition, and size of your vehicle which we factor into our price for your appointment.

Q: Can I cancel my appointment after it has been scheduled?
Yes, you may send us an email at diamondmobileautodetailingpdx@gmail.com up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel at no charge. If you want to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment we charge a $5 cancellation fee unless a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances occur.

Q: What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
We offer a Rainy Day Guarantee. If weather prevents the service from being completed, we’ll reach out to you and reschedule at no charge because the convenience of our customers is one of our top priorities in our mission to deliver quality service.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the service after completion?
If you’re not satisfied with the work that has been done on your car, or if any problems occurred, you can let our detailer know on-site or email us afterwards within 24 hours and we would be happy to work with you on making it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority in accordance with our value in providing the highest quality detailing service in Portland.
